I’ve been coaching since 2009, when I became a Certified Personal Trainer and started building individualized programs designed to get real results—not just in the gym, but in how people move and live day to day.
Early in my career, I worked across both commercial gyms and combat sports environments, running strength and conditioning programs for boxing and mixed martial arts athletes. That experience shaped how I coach today: performance first, with a deep respect for movement quality.
In 2014, I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, refining my ability to develop athletes and structure training with purpose.
In 2016, I added a Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification, allowing me to align training with nutrition strategies that support both short-term progress and long-term sustainability.
In 2018, I earned my Corrective Exercise Specialist certification. This was a turning point. I began focusing not just on performance, but on why people move the way they do—identifying imbalances, addressing pain points, and rebuilding efficient movement patterns. This is where strength training, injury prevention, and long-term health come together.
In 2020, I founded FAS Training, a private training studio in Old Town Lafayette, Colorado. Built during a time when most people were stepping back, it became a space focused on high-quality coaching, real relationships, and measurable progress.
Since then, I’ve continued to expand my skill set—
Becoming a Certified Powerlifting Instructor in 2021
An IASTM Practitioner in 2022—integrating strength, movement, and recovery into a cohesive system.
I don’t separate performance from health.
The same principles that help you lift more weight are the ones that keep you moving pain-free. The same attention to detail that improves athletic output is what protects your joints long term.
Whether you're coming back from an injury, trying to move better, or pushing for higher performance, the goal is the same:
Build a body that’s strong, resilient, and capable.
No shortcuts. No guesswork. Just a clear, structured process that works.
